Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, your website, and your domain registrar. We connect them with you live on the intake call, because they are your accounts. One forgotten password can stall the whole week.
Logo, brand colors, photos, explainer videos, PDFs, brochures, and case studies. Links are fine, wherever they live today. That pile becomes the knowledge base your system answers from.
The questions your customers ask over and over, with your usual answers. Ten is a great start. Those become the FAQs your system uses when you are busy working.
Your services and what they cost, your hours, the areas you serve, and your customer and lead list as a file, exported from wherever it lives today.
Your onboarding checklist
Complete every section you can. When this form comes in complete, your build stays on the one week track: one intake call, we build during the week, you get one look at the finished system before it goes live, and a recorded walkthrough at handoff. You own the account, the data, and the number. We just build the machine.
